Hunting in Salerno: the Coordination of the Salerno Hunting Associations was born, which as a first act proclaimed the state of agitation of the hunters.
The Coordination Committee of the Salerno Hunting Associations is born. Luigi Botta, president of Arcicaccia, Michele Cartagine of Anuu, Domenico Della Corte president of Italcaccia, Ferdinando Nocera di Liberacaccia and Luigi Spera, provincial president of Federcaccia signed the constitution of the newborn body.
The Coordination will have the task of protecting the image of the Salerno hunter and the hunting activity in the province but, above all, of addressing the very serious emergencies that afflict the world of Salerno hunting.
As a first act, the Coordination Committee proclaimed the state of agitation of the category to remedy a situation that risks determining the almost total closure of hunting in the Province of Salerno. The wicked regional choices - explain the members of the coordination - in fact prevent the hunting exercise on almost the entire territory of Campania.
The Coordination has also established that, if in the next few days resolutive interventions that normalize the situation are not put in place by the competent Regional Bodies, adhering to the strong requests made by the regional and provincial hunting associations, the state of agitation will be divided into energetic protest initiatives that will involve the entire category.
The Presidents also unanimously resolved to give a mandate to a pool of qualified lawyers, experts in the hunting field, to undertake two legal actions: one criminal, to establish any responsibility for the current state of hunting in the Campania Region, and one civil law to request the compulsory reimbursement of the unduly paid amounts which also include all the possible damages, moral and material, suffered by the Campania hunters.
Finally, those present hope, in this tragic moment for hunting in Campania, a strong adhesion of the Hunters on the occasion of the various forms of struggle that will be put in place from time to time.
