Hunting: Sardinia, Federcaccia expresses its opinion on the vicissitudes of the regional hunting calendar and the issue of the new modified document.
Federcaccia Sardegna announces that, as is now known, the Sardinian TAR has suspended the Sardinian hunting calendar on appeal by environmentalists based on various reasons, of which the one relating to the failure to request an opinion from ISPRA has been accepted. Federcaccia challenged all the reasons of the adverse party in court and, in particular, the one accepted by the TAR. However, the urgency of the imminent general opening democratically induced the Regional Fauna Committee, in the session of 19 us, to overcome in real time the problem of the reasons to be given for rejecting the Ispra opinion in its entirety, thus postponing the same opening. general already set for September 22, to September 29. This is to overcome the superficial critical moment in this regard alleged by Ispra, for a mix of species, including migratory ones.
For these reasons, having passed the discussion on partridge and hare, which are absolutely developed species at the date of the already planned general opening, the Regional Fauna Committee will be committed on 22 October to set the definitive dates for the various migratory species and justify them. The rest of the calendar remains unchanged, specifically for wild boar and other less important species.
It should be noted that in decree no. 21011/29 of BURAS n.43 there are two typos:
1) the Blackbird is hunted on the dates established for all other species
2) The wild boar is also hunted on January 30th (in BURAS in the last ten days of January after the 3rd there is no 0).
The new amended decree will be published on Thursday 26th
