Hunting Syndicate: The economic crisis - hunting and violated rights (Rule of Law or Police State?). The title is strong but the considerations will be stronger so hold on to your chairs because we are about to address a topic that everyone knows but no one wants to deal with.
It all stems from the amendment proposal no. 7.72 to the DDL n. 1120 - Provisions for the formation of the annual and multi-year budget of the State - Stability Law 2014 - amendment wanted, we give names and surnames (just to understand who not to vote in the next elections), by the Senators Hon. Uras, Petraglia, De Petris, Cirinnà. It must be said that the amendment has been temporarily shelved by the competent Commission (on 20 cm) but nothing prevents it from being re-proposed at any time. This states: to article 17, paragraph 7, add the following: “7-bis. starting from 2014, the government concession tax provided for the rifle port license, as per the decree of the President of the Republic, dated 26/10/1972, n. 641 increased by 100 percent ". Here it is, in two and a half lines, they have definitively destroyed hunting in Italy if they proposed the amendment again. One would say: "it is raining government thieves", where whatever happens is the fault of the government now, to paraphrase, it is the fault of the hunter and the hunters. Is there a crisis? No problem, we solve it with the money of the hunters !!
Our emeritus representatives fill their mouths, that decreasing your salary, giving up bonuses, annuities, grants, contributions to parties and electoral reimbursements is useless, it is "a drop in the ocean magnum" - so they say, but harassing hunters, even doubling the government tax, is useful.
So, would we be the ones to solve Italy's economic crisis? Yet we are only 750 and many belonging to classes that can say anything except that they are privileged.
They, on the other hand, are many more (let's not just think of parliamentarians but also of the entire ruling class that makes up the bureaucratic apparatus, of external consultants, technicians, extraordinary commissioners, etc. more than two million heads - the caste), richly paid (only the barbers of Montecitorio, for example, receive a salary of 6.000 euros a month) and with a pension that one year is equivalent to what they beg for a metalworker with 40 years of contributions in a lifetime of hardship (if they reach retirement since they really work). The result will therefore only be that of forcing thousands of enthusiasts to hang up their rifles and give up hunting, without, we are sorry, solving anything. They created the crisis and they will have to solve it !! But perhaps there is another interpretation. The fucking fear that the people wake up and begin to understand where the smell of rotten comes from and if so, in that unfortunate case, it is preferable to have a people, pissed off black but, possibly, unarmed.
Here is the hidden aspect between the lines. In fact, in any State that declares itself, with deeds and not with words, democratic and by law, the possession of weapons is perfectly legal, without too many frills or absurd requests (see Switzerland where automatic weapons can be purchased with a simple document of recognition or the United States, where the right to possess a weapon - and to defend oneself - is enshrined in the Fundamental Charter itself - and there is no talk of crime and crimes, when it has been decided to harm someone, it is self-evident, certainly no firearms license is needed to kill nor does crime have the problem of finding weapons by sideways). When, on the other hand, the state fears its people, it prefers them unarmed and defenseless, in order to better control and manage them. This state, however, cannot qualify as a state of law but a police state or, worse, a dictatorial state.
We are strongly opposed to the increase in the government tax, we say it openly and freely (as long as we are given the opportunity to do so) and we have also told our exquisite representatives with a special open letter that we put back in copy for the readers. Could a small merit of the momentary retreat be ours too?
