Mara Piccin, regional councilor of Friuli Venezia Giulia (Forza Italia), stressed the need for a simplification of hunting from the point of view administrative in the northern region. In particular, several hunters have signaled the need for regulation: in recent months i minutes of hunting surveillance officers concerned the failure to sign the regional card of the area or of thehunting lodge for ungulates despite the writing of both the day and the form of hunting.
All this happens because there is a provision of the same card, the regulation of which dates back to 2000, a good seventeen years ago. According to Piccin, for hunting ungulates it is necessary to refer to a bulletin board of the hunting reserve in which there is the log of the exits. The name, date, time and place must be noted in the document, so it is not clear the reason for what is being considered a "duplicate" of the card.
The fines are quite steep and the amounts go up to several hundred euros. The councilor presented a question to understand if simplification is possible, given that the Friulian hunting world is clamoring for it.
