The meeting was attended by the provincial president, Antonio Del Corvo, the councilors Pasqualino Di Cristofano and Emilio Cipollone as well as representatives of the Provincial Police of agricultural associations, Cia, Coldiretti, Confagricoltura, Copagri and Cospa; present at the meeting the representatives of the Roveto-Carseolano-Avezzano Territorial Areas of Hunting and of the veterinary service of the local ASL.

"
Continuing, the president said, "The plan to control the wild boar population, through the killing with the techniques provided for in the management plan approved by Ispra, becomes reality after the verification activities of the provincial police and the numerous reports of farmers, on extreme conditions in which the territory is concerned. In particular in the Marsica and in the Subequana Valley ". Finally Del Corvo concluded "In the next few days, the provincial agents in collaboration with the ATC, will start with the abatement operation in the most affected areas, which from time to time will be reported by the farmers themselves".
