Caccia Village has been for years a container of passion from which enthusiasts expect a lot and every year more! The activities follow each other for a great show.
Caccia Village 2015 offers many news and confirmations. Some "strike the heart" of enthusiasts because they carry the connotation of passion, others go in the direction of deepening technical knowledge. Among the first we include the one that, among the general public, is creating great expectations: the shooting ranges available to all fans. These located a few hundred meters from the fair, so as to hear the shots well and served by a specially prepared shuttle, will be the "land of toys", for those who have a taste for shooting in their blood. The staff of Benelli, Beretta, Browning, Franchi and Rizzini (in strict alphabetical order) will be waiting for fans in the 8 firing lines and will make their smoothbore guns available, in many of the most popular calibers for hunters and shooters. . Among them many of the seasonal novelties that for the first time can be appreciated directly on the pitch. Among the cultural events, two stand out significantly.
The first is certainly a national exclusive and was entitled "The day of the selection hunt". A whole day, Saturday 16 May, dedicated to all the issues that make this hunt something special that still needs to be studied in depth. URCA Umbria in collaboration with scholars and experts, will propose for the whole day a succession of themed seminars in which we will talk about ballistics, optics, treatment of remains, limi dogs, trophy with the support of a large exhibition of Trophies organized by the ATCs of Umbria. An “almost” formative appointment not to be missed for lovers of the subject who, once inside the event, will be able, having viewed the program, to choose the times of attendance for the themed seminar.
Another great event is organized by the Franchi Food Academy that the gun company has activated together with other initiatives to "talk about hunting" also through the kitchen. Starred chefs will bring their contribution from the Saturday seminar dedicated to game and cooking and will allow passionate gourmets to savor the goodness of game meat.
