Three days full of opportunities and meetings where hunting techniques will be treated in a sustainable framework. The possibility of looking at hunting in a new way, discovering the close links with a true and essential craftsmanship, the opportunity for didactic and information moments.
At Mondo Caccia it will be possible to find what is necessary for a modern and passionate hunter who knows the fauna and loves the environment. The best experts in the sector will make visitors participate in the hunting techniques; the numerous shops will allow you to buy the latest news on the market, or the more traditional, offering unrepeatable offers. About 150 brands will be present at the 2013 edition of Mondo Caccia to present technical material and equipment for both hunting and fishing on an exhibition area of 12.000 square meters but also initiatives related to culture such as gastronomy and sport, 'publishing as to very strong traditions for both sectors. A taste shop together with original art reviews, with moments of exchange for collectors, will give these days the true flavor of hunting.
Mondo Caccia and Mondo Pesca are the two Salons organized by Carrara Fiere in collaboration with hunting and fishing associations that have significantly contributed to the success of the events by attracting the attention of enthusiasts of both disciplines. “It will be an event - said the president of CarraraFiere Fabio Felici in the usual presentation meeting with the press - that we have organized with a modern, sporting and sustainable approach for two activities that have always involved man: hunting and fishing. The audience of enthusiasts is truly vast and, especially in recent years, many collateral activities have been born around the two disciplines that count thousands of enthusiasts who meet at the fair not only to see the news but also to participate in conferences and cultural activities that they denote a great effervescence and a modern vision of problems ”. The exhibitors of the hunting area and the hunting and cultural associations participating in Mondo Caccia strongly supported by Federcaccia Toscana together with Libera Caccia, Enalcaccia and ANUU, will present equipment, rifles, clothing and technical material and will set up areas in which it is possible to admire the large birds of prey such as eagles or dogs trained for game retrieval.
Equally vast and interesting the offer of MondoPesca with a large exhibition of boats but also fishing rods, hooks, reels, equipment for all types of fishing but also an offer of events and appointments to learn about the culture of water and fish products.; There will also be introductory fishing courses for children and adults, competitions on the beach, but also launching exercises, with simulators, conferences and debates with leading experts. In short, the pavilions become a large competition field. Hunters and fishermen, but also lovers of history, culture, cuisine will be able to spend really interesting days because the stimuli are guaranteed.
In the hunting area, together with dogs trained for the recovery of game, large birds of prey such as eagles and buzzards used in modern falconry will be exhibited, as well as equipment, weapons, objects and documentation of the hunt of the past. The Civic Museum of Natural History of Jesolo will present documents, publications, prints and thousands of objects for Ars Venandi collectors. Hunting also means in-depth knowledge of animals and their habitat as well as tradition and gastronomic culture. So books with traditional or creative recipes based on game meat collected and curated by Tuscan hunting associations but also the culture and emotions of hunting with a book by Roberto Randi that "In the silence of the October dawn" has collected the emotions but also the history of the "huts" and that will propose his latest literary effort at the fair. In the area of the Hunting Museum and Federcaccia will be exhibited pictorial works on the subject of hunting in the hut, by the artist Eugenio Busi of his exhibition entitled "Robe di caccia", exhibition set up with the collaboration of Roberto Baggio and Angelo Piceni.
For sports shooting lovers, an ecological shooting range will be set up at Carrara Fiere, harmless for everyone: it is called "Skeet shooting with laser beam" and will be one of the main attractions for the public who will visit Mondo Caccia 2013 because even if practiced with a normal shotgun duly transformed, it offers the same emotions of the "Olympic pit" without using cartridges and without producing noise and destruction of the clay pigeon. The whole system can be mounted on an area as large as a tennis court, it uses an "intelligent" plastic target that is launched with the same system used for official competitions while the shotgun used is a "Fausti" obviously modified with the installation of a laser system that points and hits the target in flight. The sensations, both when firing and hitting the target, are the same as in official matches, including the sound of the shot spread by a loudspeaker.
An idea of DV Sport 1983, an association from Brescia chaired by Dario Boniotti that proposes this system to hunters, but also to those who simply want to experience its abilities "a completely new system for practicing shooting, without using cartridges and with the possibility of shoot up to five people at the same time thanks to the software that recognizes the shotgun that has hit and assigns the score by automatically filling in the ranking. With these characteristics - says Boniotti - our clay pigeon shooting, much appreciated also by hunters, can be used both as a training tool and as a collective game; in fact, more and more associations and companies request it to use it as a moment of relaxation and aggregation".
Clay pigeon shooting with laser beam will be hosted in pavilion “E”; the tests are open to everyone and all ages, because there is no need to carry a gun and, given the simplicity of use, there are no contraindications to experiment with "eye" and ability to concentrate. In short, Mondo Caccia and Mondo Pesca in Carrara Fiere offer three intense days, eagerly awaited by hunters and fishermen, two souls of a millenary culture linked to nature and the environment, two "peoples" who before others understood and started to practice ancestral passions with a modern and sustainable vision.
