Initial meeting
The first meeting of the Nature, Knowledge and Mysteries of Ethology project took place last Monday 18 March, the cultural initiative resulting from a collaboration between Mr. Emiliano Pezzani, Arci Caccia, Enalcaccia, EPS (Game Producers Agency) and AnuuMigrators.
The students involved
This is the report published by Mr. Pezzani: “In recent days, the cultural scientific project promoted by the FDI Department represented by me took place, which involved the third classes of the Palmese lower secondary schools (Istituto Comprensivo De Zerbi - Milone and - in the next few days - Istituto Comprensivo San Francesco)".
Species to explore further
The project came to light thanks to the collaboration of the School Directors, Prof. Anna Teresa Currà and Prof. Francesco Rotolo, as well as the Educator Antonietta Silipigni and the following Hunting Associations:
Anuu Migratoristi Calabria, in the persons of Bruno Zema and Prof. Panuccio;
EPS Calabria, in the person of Serafino Nero;
Arci Caccia Calabria, in the persons of Andrea Denisi and Prof. Giuseppe Spoleti;
Enal Caccia Calabria PT, in the persons of Dr. Angio' and Giuseppe Mauro;
With the project, which also saw the collaboration of Confagricoltura Calabria and the sponsors, Quattroseidue srl and Barbaro Moto Gioia Tauro, an attempt was made to excite young people about the world of nature and ethology by making them aware of the peculiarities of some very fascinating like the rock partridge, the wild boar and the woodcock (source: Arci Caccia).
