Gabriele Delmonte, councilor of the Lega North as regards the Emilia Romagna Region, it has launched a very particular proposal. His idea is to "reward" them Territorial Areas of Hunting that have achieved the set objectives, fining those who did not respect the targets of the slaughter of wild boars. The suggestion was made during the discussion of the Hunting Wildlife Plan relative to the period 2018-2022.
The Regional Councilor for Hunting, Simona Caselli, responded by recalling how the closure of the virtuous ATCs is already provided for by law. Wild boars from Emilia and Romagna are on the rise, so they must be kept under control. The new plan will serve precisely this purpose, even if the favorable opinion from the legislative assembly will be needed after that of theISPRA and of the various associations.
Another suggestion in the Commission was to improve the relationship between the same Territorial Areas of Hunting and the protected areas, taking into account the greater difficulty encountered in some areas in the radd goals. The plan, among other things, also speaks of the presence of wild boar hunters every day of the year in case of damage to agricultural properties.
