La Confederation of Tuscan Hunters, CEDAF, Coldiretti and the provincial section of Florence of the Federcaccia organized a training course on hygiene and health intended for all hunters. The aim is to obtain the license to market the meat of ungulates collected on a regular basis during the year. The duration will be 12 hours, ie 9 theoretical and 3 practical, at the end of the lessons there will also be the delivery of a certificate.
For registrations you must contact the numbers 055219040, 055287522, 055216126 or write to the e-mail address [email protected]. The trained hunter course includes the sale of meat for human consumption and is valid within the European Community. The start is scheduled for April 4th at the West Prato quagliodrome of Via Casale Fatticci. This debut will take place from 20 pm to 23 pm and the location will be the same (with identical time) on 8 and 10 April.
The conclusion will take place on April 13, from 9 to 12, at the CdLS in Piazza della Chiesa 4. The cost including each detail will be equal to 100 €. The topic is very topical, given that the hunting world has been increasingly attentive for some time to this part to issues relating to hygienic treatment of hunted animals and health and safety in general.
