THESardinia Hunters Union organized a seminar-conference for Saturday 4 February 2017 to address the problems of the hunting world and the proposals for land management. The venue chosen by UCS is the conference room of the Unione Sarda a Cagliari, more precisely in Piazza Unione Sarda. The program will be divided into two distinct parts. The first will start at 8:30 with the registration of the participants and will deepen the role of hunting in fight against African swine fever in Sardinia.
The topic is as current as never before and they have been prepared on the island courses and qualifications to eradicate the disease e properly dispose of carcasses. After the coffee break, work will resume at 11 with the second part of the program, focused on future of hunting in Sardinia.
Specifically, we will talk about the repopulation of game, the Sardinian hunting calendar, the damage caused by pests and wildlife, the Territorial Areas of Hunting and the regional hunting ground plan. In addition, there will also be room to discuss the new regional hunting law. The introduction and moderation of the works will be handled by Modest Fenu.
