Hunted in Pink
A perhaps unusual way to celebrate the day for the abolition of violence against women, but not for a group of hunters of the National Coordination of FIdC Hunters who met on Saturday 23 November at the AFV Valle del Mommio (Fivizzano, Massa) for the “Braccata in Rosa”.
Great participation
The event, made possible thanks to the hospitality of AFV and in particular of Ennio Lobina, was attended by about twenty hunters from Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Liguria and even two who travelled up Italy starting from Basilicata!
The real hunt
A great hunting party, in a beautiful area, although unfortunately the herd of wild boars spotted early in the morning thought it best not to be found. So the hunt ended with only two kills - the first by a companion, the second by Mara Losa, a Ligurian hunter - and a large following of the Swiss hounds of Paola Tarantola, who kept the handlers busy until late in the evening for their recovery. But this is the real hunt. And there was no shortage of laughter and fun (source: FIDC).
