It took place these days, a Florence, the regional assembly of the Confederation of Tuscan Hunters, which brought together the leaders of the confederate associations from all the Tuscan provinces. The work of the assembly, opened by the Secretary of the Confederation Marco Romagnoli, was based on the importance of continuation of the work carried out last year. The work of analyzing the proposed amendments to law 3/94, the consultation with the Region on the plan guidelines, approved in recent days by the junta.
Just recently, the Regional Council also expressed its opinion on the guidelines of the planning through an articulated debate that saw the participation of numerous regional councilors, representing the various groups to which they belong. The CCT, in reiterating its substantial sharing of the main objectives contained in this important document, will take action to contribute in a timely manner to the definitive formulation of the new PFVR. "We must carefully monitor this fine institutional mandate so that solid foundations are laid for the drafting of the new wildlife hunting plan and the commitments made in the regional conference on Braccagni hunting are respected".
These are the opening words of Marco Salvadori, Regional President of Hunting Federation, who underlined the importance of adapting a fundamental tool such as the PFVR, within which the tools of protection of the rights of Tuscan hunters. The revaluation of public structures in function of the protection of sedentary noble game, the monitoring of private structures, the revision of the governance of the ATC and the overcoming of the legislative instruments of the concept of "conservation" moving on to the more modern one of "management", the other topics dealt with in detail during the evening.
A process of necessary and necessary confrontation will now begin in which the provincial bodies of the Confederation will meet in the various territories to listen to the voice of the hunters, bringing it, as it should be, into its proposals and programs.
