The provincial section of Florence of Italian Federation of Hunting and CEDAF (Centro Didattica Ambientale Faunistica) organized a theoretical and practical course for hunters trained in hygiene and health and a theoretical course for limiere dog handlers. Dates are tree, that is Saturday 10, Monday 12 June and Saturday 1 July 2017, while the headquarters will be that of Vicchio.
After remembering that the lessons were prepared together with the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Lazio and Tuscany, both courses must be studied in depth. The one intended for trained hunters will enable the marketing of ungulate meat, obviously those hunted regularly: the ultimate goal is to encourage human consumption of this food.
The dates will be two, namely 10 and 12 June next, for a total of 12 hours: the practical hours will take place at the CAF slaughterhouse in Vicchio di Mugello. At the end of the lessons there will then be the delivery of the certificate and a CD with the subjects dealt with. The maximum number of participants must not exceed 35 units. As for the second course, however, it is intended for those conductors who are without the qualification of the dog.
