The main debate can only be about the ungulates protagonist of the event. In fact, we will talk about the legislation on the killing of wild animals, which could turn into opportunities from the point of view occupational making the social emergency disappear. Each activity will be held in the historic center, among the characteristic alleys of the Sicilian village. Going into more detail of the program, Saturday 4 May there will be the conference, show cooking and an evening show.
Sunday 5, then, will be the turn of the guided tours (starting at 9:30), the tastings and tasting of the excellent pasta with wild boar sauce, in addition to sandwich with sausage and by the glass of wine. The visits of Pollina will return at 16 pm. For the occasion, the organizers have decided to make available a paid shuttle bus service to travel to the village. The ticket for the tasting will cost 7,50 €.
