They are well 1700 the amendments to law number 11 on hunting proposed by the Province of Trento and which will be examined starting tomorrow, Wednesday 10 April 2019. Most of these refer to the second article of the text, that is to say the one that governs the sanctions, actual minority obstructions. On the other hand, only two amendments were filed with the signature of the competent Department.
The program envisages, in order, the appointment of two members of the Joint Commission for the implementation rules of the Statute of Autonomy (so-called Commission of the Twelve), the appointment of the Ombudsman, the guarantor of the rights of prisoners and then the guarantor of the rights of minors, the designation of two experts in the Provincial Commission for equal opportunities between men and women, the designation of two components, of which one indicated by minorities, of the Provincial council for the family, the designation on the indication of the minorities of a member of the Opera universitaria board of directors, the designation on the indication of the minorities of a member of the board of Interbrennero spa, the designation on the indication of the minorities of a member of the board of statutory auditors of Itea, the designation on the indication of the minorities of a member of the board of auditors of the Parco Adamello-Brenta body and of a member of the same body of the Parco Paneveggio-Pale di San Martino body.
The last three points to be discussed are a Resolution on the Province's participation in the 2019 program of the European Commission and two bills on hunting, the first proposed, in fact, by the councilor responsible for the Giunta (already approved in the Third Commission and on which the almost 1.700 amendments of the opposition weigh), and the second by a councilor of the Patt (rejected by Third commission).
