Lorenzo Bertacchi, number one of the regional section of the Lombardia of Italian Federation of Hunting, has brought out a not-so-pleasant situation regarding the delivery of hunting cards in this territory. The inconveniences are numerous and Bertacchi referred to the decisions adopted by the relevant offices, underlining the absence of comfort as regards the traditional home delivery.
Here is what the hunting association wrote about it: "First of all, we complain about the decision (however unjustified) not to send the card to those who still have the license being issued after July 15, 2019 or that by the same date they had not communicated the data of the new license, the card, meant that between 15 and 20 per cent of the hunters had to go to UTR anyway". The modalities should therefore be reviewed.
Federcaccia Lombardia has lashed out against the registered letter, the method chosen for sending the badges, given that many packages remained in storage. Consequently, there are too many missed shipments, missed postal collections, errors in the hunting cards, complicated proxies and a lot of bureaucracy.
Strange thing? this modality was born from the same Federcaccia Lombardia !!!
Why did this not contest the matter at the meeting with Councilor Rolfi?
