INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 D. LGS. 30.06.2003, N. 196
In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) the site owned by Caccia Passione Srl is visible at the address www.cacciapassione.com, for the sake of brevity, Caccia Passione, in its capacity as data controller, informs the member to the site, on what are the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their conferment. The data collected (specifically: e-mail address, name and surname, profiles, photos, videos, ads, stories, communities, forums and other materials sent by the will of users or visitors) are processed and used directly to fulfill for purposes instrumental to the identification of the subjects who request to receive the Caccia Passione services, in full compliance with the principle of correctness, necessity and the provisions of the law. The data processing is carried out through IT procedures or in any case telematic means and never on paper, by persons specifically appointed for this. The data are stored in computer archives to which the minimum security measures provided for by the legislator are applied. The personal data communicated by the member are not subject to disclosure or communication. The member will be able to assert the rights as expressed by the articles. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30/06/03 of n. 196, holding the legal status of interested party. These rights can be asserted by contacting the data controller or the editorial office of Caccia Passione Srl according to the following and alternative methods: sending e-mail to the address [email protected]; sending communication via fax to n. 02.89055794; sent by ordinary post to Caccia Passione Srl, via Camillo Golgi, n ° 1 20090 Opera (MI). In particular, according to art. 7 the interested party can obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or commercial communication. The owner announces that any non-communication or incorrect communication of one of the information necessary for sending updates results in the inability of the owner to guarantee the adequacy of the treatment itself.
