The Associazione Cacciatori Veneti-CONFAVI in collaboration with the Foundation for Rural Culture-Onlus, with the Association for the Defense and Promotion of Rural Culture-Onlus and with various other associations of farmers, hunters, fishermen and breeders, organize a interregional festival of hunting, fishing and rural culture.
Several thousand people are expected to participate in this great party, which will be held at the Palalago di Marola in Torri di Quartesolo (VI) on May 1-2-3-4 2014, to attend the numerous events organized, such as: fishing; school of launch with artificial lures; fishing school. And also hunting and clay pigeon shooting competitions; archery school; clay pigeon shooting school; clay pigeon free throws and hunting courses for beginners and simple hunters. Space dedicated to four-legged friends with the dog show that will take place as part of the event.
A vast exhibition of aquariums will be set up with live subjects of the main species of fish fauna; exhibitions of traditional tools and tools used in hunting and fishing; photographic exhibitions and photography contests on hunting, fishing and rural culture; exhibitions with dioramas and taxidermal preparations of fish and wildlife; exhibition of falcons and the ancient art of falconry; exhibition of drawings and paintings by children portraying the activities carrying rural culture; presentation and illustration of cultural educational centers linked to rural culture; shows the tools and implements used over the centuries in homes and rural areas.
At the Interregional Festival of Hunting, Fishing and Rural Culture there will be food and wine with a vast presentation and tasting of typical local products; rich food stands with breakfast, lunch and dinner based on typical local products; dance evenings and various entertainments; election of Miss Caccia, Miss Pesca and Miss Rural Culture; fireworks displays; shows and entertainment for children, young people and adults.
