Larian, a city of the Castelli Romani that is famous for its bread, is completing preparations for the seventh edition of the "Feast of Pappardelle with wild boar". The event is now well established and is organized by the local section of the Italcaccia association: the chosen venue is the typical one of Piazzale dell'Anfiteatro, with a three-day program, on 24, 25 and 26 June next. It will be possible to taste the excellent and exquisite specialties based on pappardelle with wild boar sauce, in addition to wild boar stew, sausage, sheep skewers and french fries.
All of this will be accompanied, as it could not be otherwise, by the aforementioned Lariano bread and the fine wine of the Castelli. There will also be dancing and many other entertainment options . This festival follows the pizza festival by a few weeks, so Lariano is quite busy during the month of June with local products. The first edition dates back to 2010 , and since then, the Pappardelle al Cinghiale Festival has established itself as one of the most anticipated events in this part of Lazio.
