THETerritorial hunting area Siena 3 North commented with a note the interest in his own management model and the appeals against the measures taken which (according to some reconstructions) would go to privatize hunting activities. The Tuscan ATC has made the tele-booking system fully operational for selection hunting in the non-suitable areas (required by the Objective Law) and has included among the subjects who can book the owners and tenants of agricultural land registered in the Area in possession of the qualification for selective sampling on the reference species. These owners can only access the selection via tele-booking and the cable ties are made available by ATC.
The owners and tenants of the funds will not be able to book existing rooftop / firing point on their property in order to avoid taking away the rights of use of these structures to selecontrollers of the district. However, if there are other firing points or hunting sectors within this polygon, these can only be used by the selected controllers of the district, even at the same time as the owner uses his own picking sector, as there is no exclusive form of hunting.
In this way, the access of subjects to the land owned and operated by them is controlled, furthermore, for the Sienese area, bureaucratic obstacles to score or district would be avoided. The ATC denied the sender any allegations of privatization of the hunt, therefore, remains available to hunting and agricultural associations to clarify every aspect, a comparison that must be serious and not linked to the social world.
