It will be held on Tuesday 16 March at 16.30 the last online appointment dedicated to French experiences on management e conservation of the Gray Partridge. Each webinar explored specific aspects related to the management of the species such as monitoring, breeding techniques, the habitat conservation the intervention on the impact of predators, presenting in detail the active and decisive role that hunters play in France, helping to outline a model of good practices that is also useful for the Italian experience.
The last webinar will be moderated by Valter Trocchi (FIdC Research Department Consultant and former ISPRA employee) who will introduce Richard Boutellier's report. The French expert of the FDC 80 will present "The Starna Collective", a sectoral association that brings together hunters from the Federations of the Departments of Central and Northern France (Eure, Oise, Seine Maritime, Somme, Loir and Cher). In the report it will be presented a video on the activities carried out by this group of specialist hunters united for the conservation of the Gray Partridge.
