The Aula del Pirellone approved in today's session the Law for the revision of the legal regulations. Within the text there are important news regarding the hunting world. The deputy leader of the League and the first signatory of the amendments on hunting intervened on the merits, Floriano Massardi. “With the green light from Pirellone - explains Massardi - some changes I proposed have become effective, which will simplify and improve the lives of our hunters. One of the accepted amendments is the one studied with the express purpose of safeguarding the historic huts. Thanks to this intervention we will go to solve the problem of successions, which previously, in the absence of an heir with the required requisites, determined the decay of huts of historical value, built in the past with different parameters compared to today's distance rules.
We have therefore decided to protect these structures, by virtue of their intrinsic value, with clearer rules on succession and renunciation by the heir. Another important novelty concerns the payment of registration to territorial areas or alpine areas. With the modification proposed and approved by me, in the case of serious reasons or certifiable impediments, such as health problems, the penalty due to late payment beyond March 31st is canceled. Another point concerns the controls by the authorities in charge. The approved amendment obliges the investigating officers to note the occurrence check on the card, whenever this is actually done.
Too often, in fact, there has been news of burst checks, repeated over several consecutive days, with oppressive attitudes towards the same hunter. In this way you will have the written proof of the control carried out, more transparency and greater fairness towards our hunting world. Finally, I express satisfaction with the approval of one of my Agenda which provides for the sending of the hunting card directly to the home of all hunters who hunted in the previous year. A more rational way - concludes Massardi - which will avoid serious disruptions such as those of the current year, which saw about 5.000 badges never delivered in the Brescia area alone ”.
Councilor Massardi Excuse me as a taxpayer and Lombard hunter I ask; how much did it cost to the Lombardy Region the operation by registered letter, of the hunting card at home ???
I would appreciate your exuasive response THANKS
