As announced byLombard Hunters Association (ACL), the meeting in the Region between the hunting associations and the managers who are part of theDepartment of Hunting. One of the main issues discussed is undoubtedly that relating to hunting of the lark. The Region has not changed its position in this regard, suggesting ten birds per day for a total of 50 over the entire season.
In the official note of the association it can be read how this same share has dropped last year by 80 to 50 after a sentence of the Regional Administrative Court. This reduction was immediately contested by Lombard hunters, given that the data used as a reference for the modification concerned Brescia and Bergamo, without taking into account who pays the fee also in other Territorial Areas of Hunting.
Regional officials have calculated an average of 32 larks taken by each hunter, thus arriving to estimate the maximum limit of 50. The data are therefore partial and should be corrected as soon as possible. The meeting offered the opportunity to talk about other huntable species, the pochard may be hunted from 1st October to 19th January and in this case the maximum limit will be equal to 25 items. Finally, the sampling of the Cesena will end on January 31, 2017.
