The news proposed by Asca is untrue, the law that regulates the plan for capturing live calls will not be challenged for the moment.
Attention a few days ago we talked about the law on live calls in Lombardy, but the news published by the Asca agency is not actually reflected. Indeed, the Council of Ministers has not challenged the law approving the plan for capturing live decoys for the next hunting season, specifying, with a note published on the Government website, that the examination of the rules has been postponed and that the terms for the presentation of the appeal are still very far away.
We recall that Asca had reported the news where it was said that the Minister for Relations with the Regions, Raffaele Fitto, had challenged the law approving the plan for capturing live decoys because it would present aspects of constitutional illegitimacy not respecting Community law, ( 117, paragraph 1, of the Constitution), nor the state principles that establish the minimum standards for the protection of the environment and the ecosystem, in accordance with the provisions of art. 117, paragraph 2, letter s, of the Constitution, of exclusive state competence. In support of the Minister's thesis, sentence no. 266/2010 of the Constitutional Court which declared illegitimate the law of the same Lombardy region valid for the 2009/2010 hunting season with similar contents.
