The 48 ° Sant'Uberto Italian Team Championship which took place last weekend (8-9 October) recorded the triumph of hosts of Umbria. The dog event took place in fact in the locality Ponticelli, in the municipality of Città della Pieve (in the province of Perugia) and the three members of the winning team showed off for their great work and incredible attention to detail. The Championship was attended by 15 regions and 29 teams in total: competitors were 87 instead.
The team "Umbria 1" managed to get 190 points, followed in the standings by Lazio with 179 and by Tuscany with 176. The members were Gianni Stafissi Buricca, Fabrizio Mengoni and Paolo Fussi, who have given proof of determination, fairness and hunting skills.
The auxiliaries and the competitors were defined as being of excellent quality, in particular the training. As pointed out by Alessandro Barbino, president of the provincial section of Federcaccia Perugia, it was a real test of maturity: the commitment was great and the goal was to put every single competitor in a position to express themselves at their best.
