Second edition
The second edition of the “WOOD ON THE TABLE” which can be attended by Classes 3 4 and 5 of the State Professional Institutes of Enogastronomy and Hospitality of the Marche Region. The purpose of the Contest, now in its second edition, is to launch specialized initiatives in the gastronomic sector, in order to be able to promote innovative methods of information, tasting and transformation of game meat, in the various territorial realities.
A key resource
The goal is to make them an important resource at a social and economic level provided that a correct and qualified culture is created for their use in full compliance with food hygiene and the highest organoleptic qualities.
