Two hundred auxiliaries involved
On the evening of 29 September in the square in front of the Parish of San Francesco d'Assisi in Campigliano di San Cipriano Picentino (Sa), the blessing of the dogs was held officiated by the parish priest Don Raffaele Mazzocca with the collaboration of the deacon Don Francesco Milione. The event organized by the Provincial Youth Coordination Federcaccia of Salerno obtained an excellent participation of hunters but also of the citizens, reaching around one hundred and fifty people for a total of over two hundred auxiliaries.
The applause of the organizers
Many authorities attended and wanted to give their greetings and support to the initiative: in addition to the mayor Dr. Sonia Alfano, who had words of applause for the organizers, affirming her closeness to the hunting world, there were present: the President of ATC Salerno dr. Guglielmo Storti who wanted to underline the importance of the figure of the hunter and the relationship with his auxiliary, prof. Vincenzo Veneziano of the Federico II University of Naples and Director of the Regional Faunistic Observatory, who for years has followed the world of hunting through multiple health activities pursuing the redevelopment of the image of the hunter in civil society. Dr. was also present and left a greeting. Giovanni Piano, consultant to the Ministry of Agriculture for hunting activities and the FIdC regional president, lawyer, could not be missing. Modestino Bianco who, with his words of applause towards the young group, wanted to highlight the Federcaccia project in wanting to bring the new generations of our world closer to hunting associations, wishing for a future in the ranks of our Association.
New and important activities
The Coordinator of the Salerno Youth Group, the lawyer. Michele Scafuro, as well as coordinating the evening, brought greetings from his entire group and announced new and important activities always in support of hunters with particular attention to the cultural and hunting growth of young people. Applause goes to the young Alessio La Rocca, provincial president of the Hounds and Hounds Association, who with his great commitment made this beautiful evening possible. Also present was councilor Maria Sica with her husband Gennaro Barra, a great hound enthusiast. From the rear, the Provincial President of Salerno, Luigi Spera, enjoyed the show in which, in addition to the Young Federcaccia and hunters, countless owners of pet dogs participated, giving a new twist to the event.
