The law of Liguria
“Just ten days ago, together with the parliamentary intergroup for animal rights that I chair, I defined the amendment to the Ligurian law as “barbarism”. Today we had proof of this: a wild boar was wounded in the snout and needed treatment so as not to bleed to death, amid atrocious suffering. But how many are in the same situation, brutally injured, but without any help?”.
The words of the honorable
To say the Hon. Michele Vittoria Brambilla president of the Italian League for the Defense of Animals and the Environment and of the Intergroup, commenting on the news of a young wild boar, hit by an arrow on the muzzle, which needed the care of a volunteer who entrusted it to the Kronos academy.
Hunting attack
“If hunting is always violent and anachronistic – continues the Hon. Brambilla – even crazier is allowing self-styled Robin Hoods with pesto to train their meager skills on living and sentient targets, causing them great suffering. The council retraces its steps, canceling the amendment that allows selective hunting with bow and arrow!”.
