In past years, around each of them, local farmers cultivated their own gardens and were essential to water all the livestock in the stables. These sources are a historical memory of the peasant civilization of our territory and must be protected and preserved. Today they represent strategic points for all the wildlife that finds clean water on these sources and especially available in these dry periods.
Thanks also to the Territorial Hunting Area of Macerata 2 which, among the environmental improvements, also included the restoration of rural sources. Land management must provide effective protection of the environment. To make everything materialize, beautiful words are not enough but we need concrete facts without "but" or "if"; you have to roll up your sleeves and act accordingly.
