The Exhibition Center of Longarone Fiere Dolomiti (Belluno) will host on Friday 25, Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 April the 14th edition of "Hunting, Fishing and Nature", National Fair of products, equipment and services for hunting and fishing. sporty. The review, one of the most followed national events by fans of the hunting world, is ready again this year to catalyze the attention of companies and fans of the sector with an exhibition that is confirmed to be of the highest interest. Once the collaboration with the Italian Armourers Consortium has been renewed, the representation of the renowned gun manufacturers of Val Trompia will also be qualified; at the fair also foreign exhibitors, with the proposal of products, accessories and technical clothing able to satisfy every type of need. Longarone's “Caccia, Pesca e Natura” will also be characterized by the great attention paid to the historical and cultural aspects that have always united hunting activities and the natural environment of the mountain. Naturalistic and collecting exhibitions will, as always, be combined with commercial and promotional exhibition spaces: the associations of the hunting world will then be present as always to make their activities known.
But the appointment with "Caccia, Pesca e Natura" (over 16.000 visitors in the 2013 edition) has become unmissable for the great "Festa del Cacciatore": an event within the event, which sees institutions, sector associations and Mountain Hunting Districts. In addition to the award ceremonies and the delivery of certificates for the activity carried out, as part of the Festa del Cacciatore, the numerous tastings of typical dishes based on game are the masters: it is these elements that characterize the Longarone event, a real meeting point for hunters to get together, exchange hunting experiences in the mountains and, why not, organize the next outings.
The traditional side events are also numerous and qualified, making the event more attractive every year. Among these, the 9th edition of the Open European Taxidermy Championship stands out, organized by the Italian Taxidermists Association, which has made the Longaronese exhibition center a point of reference of international standing. The best trainers from all over Europe will meet in Longarone, who will give life to a wide exhibition which will be combined with refresher seminars curated by professional experts.
The sport fishing sector is also confirmed to be of great interest, to which a specific exhibition area is reserved in which the best companies in the sector and some of the most representative fishing basins in the province of Belluno will be present. Two important outdoor events are also reserved for sport fishermen: a brown trout fishing competition and a team spinning competition, on the two days of Saturday 26 and Sunday 27.
