The hunting calendar is safe

The motivations
This is the most interesting passage of the sentence in favor of hunting: “with sentence n. 104/2023 of this TAR, which was not appealed, was rejected by a similar appeal brought by the same appellants of today's WWF Italy. Lipu, Lac, and Lav Onlus against the Marche Regional Hunting Calendar 2022-2023 in the part in which the same complaint was raised of violation of the Ispra opinion in relation to the authorization to pre-open hunting from 2 to 13 September for the Teal, Mallard species , Marzaiola, on the relief of the generic motivation contained in the ISPRA opinion".
