Significant phenomena
A conference on the effects of climate change on the territories of the Delta del Po. Climate change is progressively accentuating its effects with phenomena that are increasingly significant and impacting on our lives and the environment.
Inland areas and coast
The rise in air and sea water temperatures, the increasingly pronounced drought and the recent devastating flood phenomena have affected the inland areas and the coast, decisively affecting the economy and biodiversity in the Po Delta Park area.
Birdlife and Biodiversity
During the working day we will therefore talk about the effects that climate change is having in the Park territory on agriculture, vegetation, avifauna and biodiversity, on local and invasive non-native fish fauna. The effects of global warming on architecture and landscape and on the regenerative economy in the territory and for the communities of the Po Delta will also be highlighted. The speakers at the conference are all members of the Scientific Committee of the Emilia-Romagna Po Delta Park ( source: FIDC).
