From next 20 February will return for a month to Bergamo "Hunt in the Kitchen", an appointment that has now reached his fifteenth edition. It is an event that has consolidated over time and which proposes the recovery of hunting gastronomy, very diversified in the Bergamo area, to make it know to an even wider audience. As usual, restaurants, taverns, taverns and other places will participate ready to integrate their daily offer with at least two game dishes (lunch and dinner).
The organization will be managed by ASCOM together with ANUUMigratoristi and CIC Italia, all united by the objective of enhance game as a food of excellence respecting local traditions. The invitation was addressed to those who love good food and the genuine flavors of the territory: game-based dishes can be tasted in Bergamo and its province, of course. in the premises that have joined the initiative, as there is a rather long list. Furthermore, it should not be forgotten that the preparations of this type are perfectly combined with the already developed network of many other products, including meats, cheeses, meats and wines.
