On January 16 the new law of the Liguria Region on hunting comes into force

The text was published on 1 January last and introduces several new features, in particular the fifteen days for roaming hunting.

From tomorrow, Saturday 16 January 2016, the Law of the Liguria Region number 29 of 2015, text that introduces some interesting changes to the framework rule on hunting. First of all, the law approved on December 30th harmonized some aspects relating to the training and training of dogs, both possible on August 15th of each year. In addition, an attempt was made to make the approval of the hunting season dynamic, by rewriting the articles that speak of wild boar harvesting and wildlife control interventions.

There is no shortage of news regarding the rescue, temporary detention and release of the same wildlife in difficulty, without forgetting the introduction of the possibility for Ligurian hunters to carry out 15 days of hunting for migratory game (except for woodcock) from fixed or temporary stalking even differently from the hunting option that is practiced.

This "exception to the rule" will be allowed from the third Sunday of October until the end of the hunting season. This means that the hunters who will find themselves in the Alps area will have the opportunity to exercise the hunting also in theTerritorial area of hunting; those who will hunt in the ATC, then, will be able to hunt the migratory also in the Alps area, all for fifteen days of their choice. Federcaccia has reported in full the passage that is contained in the regional law precisely to better understand this aspect of game hunting.

As we read in the text, the hunter who opts for a fixed post has these available fifteen days for roaming hunting in all other forms of sampling, even with the use of the dog. The option is valid to a limited extent in the territorial areas or in the alpine hunting areas, provided that the hunter is regularly registered. The other forms of hunting allow you to take advantage of the fifteen days we are talking about for hunting from fixed stalking in the territorial areas and in the Ligurian Alpine areas, but only after having obtained the consent of the holder of the posting authorization. In any case, however, the use does not require any type of request or fulfillment, apart from the fact that on the hunting card it is necessary to indelibly highlight the hunting day that is used in deviation from the chosen option. The day chosen by the hunter cannot be spent exercising the other forms of collection.
