The Judge for Preliminary Investigations of Court of Belluno ordered the compulsory indictment against Paul Mocavero, one of the three founders of the extremist group One hundred percentanimalists. The fact refers to last November: a 45-year-old hunter died of an illness during the hunting activity and the same association had decided to celebrate the event on Facebook and on its website with a post in bad taste (to put it mildly).
It is not the first time that Hundred Percent Animals have behaved in this way, every time the death of a hunter is announced an image always appears with a person uncorking a bottle of sparkling wine, a ghost and the words "me ghosta" to indicate the macabre liking (the last of this type dates back to just two days ago): in the case of seven months ago, however, the measure had been exceeded.
In fact, the post had received many comments, most of whom disrespectful of the 45-year-old's family and especially of the minor daughter, with phrases that fomented hatred. This is why the case was not dismissed and the GIP ordered the Public Prosecutor to investigate authors of the online publication.
