" the president continues: “in 1983, just over fifteen, we risked closing, but thanks to the active will of all we have overcome the obstacle, indeed we have made it the new starting point. More solid and cohesive than before.
In those difficult times we had to choose between rebalancing our business or taking risks. Risking to attract more consensus by putting what we had at stake: our intelligence, our will and our honesty. We took a risk because we believed it was possible and right to bring a greater volume of work to Urbino. Eventually the hunting world understood and appreciated what we did and how we did it. In my words today, to tell you our story, the word "fatigue" has not yet appeared. In the story the fatigue disappears, but it was there.
