The bad weather that has been affecting several regions of the Northern Italy made it necessary to communicateParma Hunting Territorial Area 3. All hunters in this area of Emilia Romagna have been informed that the Po river is flooding and that the achievement of the predetermined hydrometric levels is expected shortly. For this reason, as required by the internal regulations of the ATC Parmigiano, the hunting activity will be suspended starting from today, Saturday November 26 2016.
The hunting block refers to the floodplain areas, within the boundaries of the main banks of the Po itself. Towards the time of maximum risk, the temporary ban on hunting tables will be placed in the access routes to the floodplains: the removal of these tables will obviously take place at the end of the flood and, in any case, on the days already established on Tuesday or Friday.
The hunters were invited to spread the communication as much as possible, moreover the ATC secretariat is available to members to provide further information. In Parma and Piacenza the Po is destined to exceed seven meters in the night between Saturday 26 and Sunday 27, even if there is no official information regarding the maximum value that will be reached.
