Il Tar declared inadmissible, due to supervening lack of interest, the appeal presented in 2017 by a group of hunters who wanted to carry out hunting in the area ofTerritorial hunting area Casteggio Oltrepò Nord 4. In that year, the hunters had asked the institution to participate in the wild boar hunt as a new group, but the ATC had not authorized the formation of the team, as the regulation provided for only four teams already authorized. Individual hunters could have participated by joining existing ones.
The group then appealed to the TAR, both against the ATC and against the Region asking that the resolutions of the Management Committee be canceled. However, in May 2020, the hunters asked the TAR "to declare the supervening lack of interest", highlighting that "the only interest in a ruling on expenses". The TAR declared the appeal inadmissible and, finding that it would be inadmissible, sentenced the group to pay 500 euros to the ATC and the Region for legal costs (The day).
