The anti-poaching activity carried out by the Provincial Police gave a sad positive outcome with the discovery of a bird netting deployed among the vegetation in the Bodio Lomnago area for to hunt illegally migratory birdlife.
Among the meshes of the net some birds of various species had already finished including a coal tit, a finch, two siskins, a greenfinch, a cesena and a song thrush.
The entire illegal facility was dismantled and the birds that had remained imprisoned there, considered fit for flight, were released. Meanwhile, investigations continue to identify the poacher who spread the net that was appropriately seized.
