The Prosit Festival, scheduled for 18, 19, 20 and 21 is a unique event of its kind in the Umbria Region and will welcome enthusiasts of the sector, operators, experts in the field, connoisseurs or simply curious in a total exhibition space of about 5.000 square meters. .
A complete overview of the world of craft and quality beer production, with particular attention to the realities that offer valid products: producers of raw materials, Italian and foreign beer producers, producers of tapping systems, accessories and specialized publishing.
The tastings will be the means to know, understand and appreciate the different types of beers proposed. Typical local and national products, cheeses and cured meats will be paired with beers to create a journey into taste, flavors and aromas will invade the senses in an emotional sensorial experience.
The internal layout of a Bavarian-style dining area will allow the visitor to dine comfortably and listen to good music while tasting the best beers available on the market in a unique atmosphere.
Among the events of the long beer weekend there are guided tastings with combinations of beer and rare and endangered cheeses or cured meats, greedy taste itineraries and narrated dinners.
Max Radio Energy will cheer you up with its live broadcasts from the exhibition pavilion and its aperitifs in music. Shows, games and a beauty contest complete the program of the Prosit Festival
