The municipal presidents, the council and the new regional elected president, Giuseppe Giordano, took part, as well as the presidents of the two Territorial Areas of Hunting. The assembly was an opportunity to remember how hunting must regain weight and consideration, recognizing the role of the federation, institutions, hunters and civil society.
The day also served to underline the fatigue caused by fake respectability which serves only to build political careers on the skin of hunters: Federcaccia Reggio Calabria knows perfectly well that the territory must be properly managed, with the proposals of hunters to be taken into consideration for the balance of the territories. Finally, the regional president Giordano emphasized the problems of wildlife plans, the modification of the regional law on hunting, the resources paid by the hunters and the boar hunting regulation currently under discussion.
