The enormous work of renovations
In Tuscany there are around 13 thousand fixed stalking, it is unthinkable that the enormous amount of work for renewals could reflect negatively on hunters. The hunter must be left free to choose the procedure he prefers to renew his fixed hunting stake, for which he pays a hefty fee to the Region. From January all owners of fixed stakes in Tuscany will be obliged to go to the Hunting Assistance Centers to renew their stakes, with considerable inconvenience that will affect a population with a very high average age, major users of this form of hunting, who they will be forced to get into the car and travel hundreds of kilometers and hours to fulfill the renewal.
Too many bureaucratic requirements
The Cavs, in most cases, will be concentrated in the provincial capital cities, leaving entire territories and valleys uncovered, to do what then? All the useless and redundant material that will be requested by the Cavs will then have to be examined and instructed by the hunting offices themselves because the authorization remains regional. The bureaucratic requirements have therefore been duplicated and that's it. Perhaps it is a regulation, as often happens in our region, to make some hunting organizations easier than others, creating serious A and serious B associations and pursuing the logic of putting the public administration at the service of someone rather than at the service of the citizen, in this case the Tuscan hunter.
Requests to the Region
Not to mention the possible taxes that each hunter will have to pay to the CAV (appropriately subsidized by the Region itself) to have a procedure that until now could be done alone without any problem, adding other costs for those who practice hunting in Tuscany, as always the Region creates new rules to increase costs and make it increasingly difficult to go hunting. To overcome all these inconveniences we ask the Region to maintain the possibility of carrying out these practices autonomously, or at most through the free support of hunting associations, thus leaving the hunter to decide on how to request authorization for his own fixed stakeout at 'Competent body. Libera Caccia has always fought to make the hunter's choice free, reduce bureaucracy and lower costs, we will continue to do so despite everything and everyone (SISTO DATI VICE PRESIDENT NATIONAL VICAR OF LIBERA CACCIA).
