La Province of Vicenza has issued a rather important provision concerning ungulates. After noting the significant increase in roe deer in the territories included in the Territorial Areas of Hunting, in particular in theATC 2 Vicenza South, it was also understood that the preventive interventions implemented so far have been useful but not sufficient. The local authority has therefore decided to amend the provincial directives for the selection hunting of ungulates, specifically the resolution of the provincial council number 54591/318 of 2008.
The change concerns the part where we talk about the individual game bag allowed. Here are the new provisions of the Province: in the Territorial Areas of Hunting the individual annual levy is fixed at a maximum two heads of roe deer. Furthermore, it is necessary to give immediate communication of the withdrawal to the steering committees of the ATC, which are required to inform the members in a timely manner.
The measure does not involve expenses or even lower income as regards the economic-financial or patrimonial situation of the local authority. Until now, the annual withdrawal limit was limited to a single head of roe deer, but the emergency has imposed this change which could be decisive.
