No one had ever dared so much in Val Trompia, the first is Sabatti. The project "Sabatti World on Tour"Is one of a kind, to bring the readers of Caccia Passione to enjoy hunting and shooting experiences for free so different made everyone happy and allowed to immerse themselves in the discovery of 4 Sabatti Worlds.
Autumn let's go it's time to migrate… wrote the poet: we add softly that it is time to hunt following the atavistic passion that binds Man to Nature. So in the strong frame of the Maremma Tuscany, in the province of Grosseto, a large number of followers of the goddess Diana was a guest of the organization curated by the magazine Passion hunting on behalf of Sabatti who made available the reception for the evening of Saturday and for the day of Sunday 1 and 2 of October.
Ten in particular the guests who had booked for free in time, as well as ten versions of the New Rover that were entrusted to them for the day also totally free and offered to all present, from the welcome to the participation in the hunt, so such as lunch, processing of the animals taken and everything that can result during participation in such an extraordinary event as the SABATTI WORLD ON TOUR.

The aim of the project, in addition to making the 4 Sabatti Worlds known, was to connect the House, with the gunsmiths in the area and those who are loyal to the Sabatti Brand.
This Maremma meeting had a favorable climate situation on its side, after a very heavy rain that fell at the beginning of the week, disrupting several walkways and cart tracks for which theorganization Caccia Passione and Sabatti had to work hard to quickly restore everything and allow to live to ten participants from all over Italy including the islands, the experience of the Sabatti World on Tour.

Matteo Galdi, owner of the "Campo della Pigna" Hunting Tourist Farm, with his Maremma spirit and great practicality, even in the guise of Capocaccia, he magnificently orchestrated the hunting day. Excellent performance also for all his collaborators who have magnificently compensated for the spite of the weather and everything has been done with regularity and satisfaction.
Hunting Sunday

Only two shots for each passage of animals, then one in the barrel and another in the magazine, to be restored for a possible subsequent occasion: in short, the patapim and patapum or the firing discharges on a head or on a group are not allowed and there it seems a more than sensible decision. If you are aware of the only two shots available, you are led to use them with greater caution and precision, addressing them with art and precision on the target, a target that is and still remains a living being to whom respect must be reserved even in decreeing its end. Several off-road vehicles accompany the postmen and between neighbors we exchange glances of understanding and a few words, especially if it happens to be lucky enough to have a character with the same hunting inclinations as we do, who see chamois as absolute. Here we appreciate more and diversity is always an enrichment: important are the passion, dedication and specific knowledge that are placed in the hunting action for which the Maremma and the Maremmans are masters having created over the years a codified hunting system known all over the world. : the Maremma caccerella in fact.

We are on stage
Here we are placed with minimal effort: behind a beautiful dense forest towards which it is forbidden to shoot, but in which it would be really difficult to find even the slightest passage in which to direct a shot. Nature also acts as a guarantor of safety requirements. The last branches protect from the sun's rays avoiding glare and annoyance when observing the firing area, a steep descent in front of us keeping us in an optimal half-shade area to be barely visible. At the signal, the magazine is inserted and chambered immediately after the first cartridge: ready and start the stroke. Not much time passes and what remains the most marked, stimulating and compelling note of this situation reverberates in the valleys and in the casks: the canizza sets in motion a surplus of adrenaline, accelerates the heartbeat, raises anxiety and hope, sharpens the gaze, recheck the position of the magnification ring in the Sight Mark spotting scope taking care to have it at the minimum value, so you would shoot at about thirty meters or so, and therefore the width of the visual field makes the most of the game.

The red dot of the new Sabatti Rover signals that the safety is not engaged, the bolt handle is passed over again with the palm of the hand, the harness is tried until the dogs are lost in the other direction, putting us back in a more calm situation. The poem, which it really is, is repeated over and over again, the shots from other places will be at least twenty at the end of the morning, they help to continually stimulate attention by cultivating the hope that at a certain moment it will be up to us to make fire. Hours go by and unfortunately no boss has revealed himself in our area: the end-of-stroke signal arrives, the rifles are unloaded and the cartridges are put back in the backpacks.

The off-road vehicles reappear on the scene recovering the hunters: thus we return to the hunting lodge, those wooden buildings as spartan as they are functional, but above all full of charm and hospitality. A lunch of local specialties with cheeses, cured meats, the legendary Tuscan crostini, followed by grilled sausages and steaks, mixed salad and familiar desserts refresh the bystanders: a mention should be made of local wines of good standing, especially for our taste a Sangiovese base vinified in an excellent way by capable and competent oenologists satisfies the palate.

The afternoon race
After the catches of the morning in the afternoon there is a competition: you shoot standing with the Sabatti Rover air rifles had supplied to a clay pigeon, those for shooting, placed on the ground at about sixty meters in a support. A provident tripod acts as a front support on which to place the rifle. Those who hit the target compete in the final by shooting at another target placed at fifteen meters: not easy and in fact three arrive in the ranking of merit: they are Luca G., Angelo S. and Franco G.

As a prize, everyone will have a male fallow deer at their disposal, with a trophy that already makes a good impression, to be captured from a suitable roof terrace. Some shots are not exactly perfect, but they manage to double with a good final result so that the three guests reach the purpose of their catch. The division follows the rules and efficiency of the place so that when the sun goes down we say goodbye, promising each other to keep the connection via email.

Beautiful day and excellent last result of having approached new people by starting umpteenth friendships: one of the fundamental elements of hunting.
So thanks to the organization and above all to Sabatti which made all this possible by making available to the hunting brigade i 10 models in which the new Rover is proposed on the market
A rifled barrel conceived and designed for a wide range of uses thanks to its well-differentiated set-ups that follow the different trends of use, where the constant of reliability and the value of precision remain fixed.
See you at the next SABATTI WORLD ON TOUR.
