Mauro Febbo ed Emiliano Vitale, respectively councilor of the Abruzzo Region and of the Municipality of Chieti, again faced the matter relating to the closure of theHunting Office of the Province of Chieti and its transfer to Pescara. The news had caused a lot of controversy and now an attempt has been made to partially resolve the problem. The two councilors made it known how there is a sign on the door of the Office itself explaining its opening two days a week.
The Vasto office, on the other hand, will remain active three days a week, a solution that Febbo and Vitale did not like at all. In their opinion, in fact, they are trying to put a "color patch to the umpteenth mugging". The five overall days of opening were also defined as "worse than a miserable façade charity". Moreover, the Vasto office was operational every day, so there has been a downsizing: a single employee will take care of both offices, practically shuttling.
The silence of a part of politics makes even more discussion: the provincial offices of important sectors for these territories, just like that relating to hunting, remained in their respective capitals, specifically 3 in Aquila and one in Teramo, while those of Chieti moved to Pescara.
