The choice of administrative judges
With the Judgment published last February 15, the TAR Marches he pronounced himself clearly and clearly on the resolutions of the Marche Region regarding the 2022/2023 regional hunting calendar, highlighting the full legitimacy of the choices made. In fact, the TAR's pronouncement clearly highlights the solidity of the preliminary investigation document, and therefore the technical reasons supporting the administrative system of the Calendar.
The appeal of the associations
The Federcaccia, like animal rights associations, in recent months has filed an appeal with the TAR against the Marche Region for the hunting calendar adopted (as it announced in full pages in the regional newspapers) trying to discredit, in fact, the work of the , regional technicians and the Hunting Department. Federcaccia made the choice to go against the Region, accusing it of having approved a bad hunting calendar, however, it was wrong in everything, as:
the implementation of the Marche regional hunting calendar 22/23 was deemed by the TAR to be fully satisfactory, above all for the reasons for deviating from the ISPRA opinion;
the appeal presented by Federcaccia was rejected in full. It should be noted that the Federcaccia Studies and Research Office, unlike what appears in the distorted press releases signed by Federcaccia which, as usual, literally try to overturn reality, has in no way contributed to drawing up the technical documents to support the calendar regional hunting ground. The impeccable technical and administrative work was carried out with determination, competence, seriousness and courage by the technicians and the regional offices, coordinated by the then Councilor Mirco Carloni, to whom we applaud.
A historic ruling
For our part, it is necessary to thank the lawyer Osvaldo Lucciarini who intervened in the interests of hunters, on behalf of ARCI Caccia Marche, for the work carried out and for the consequent important result achieved in the Marche TAR. Furthermore, we thank the other hunting associations ANLC and ENALCACCIA who, with seriousness, through their lawyers, have supported the Region. With regard to the judicial proceedings which compromised the hunting season last January, we have already clearly expressed ourselves in due time. This must never happen again, even on the basis of the principles crystallized by the TAR. This historic sentence (which should also be remembered for the conflicting positions taken by the largest hunting association and others), lays certainties and solid foundations for the hunting calendar for next season. We are certain Councilor Antonini's farsightedness will base this on as a reference for the next Hunting Calendar which, as already announced, will be issued by next spring (Gabriele Sperandio – President of ARCI Caccia Marche).
