Report and fine: these are the consequences of an imprudence committed by a Sienese citizen in this difficult period of quarantine due to the coronavirus. The wild boars are back to rage in different parts of Italy close to urban centers and the man was noticed by the provincial police as he left the house without acceptable reasons. On the contrary, he had a hunting rifle in his hand after seeing the ungulates in the field near his home.
The agents went to meet him and the protagonist of this story initially has thrown away the weapon, trying to go home. The cops explained that they saw the whole scene and the man proved more cooperative, allowing him to recover the newly concealed rifle and not used (there would be no shots fired).
The report on the loose was motivated by the hunting activity practiced in the period of prohibition. The sanction refers instead to the ministerial decree on covid-19: the Tuscan citizen was not very far from home, but the removal of the wild is not one of the reasons for going outside and breaking the isolation.
