Activity resumed at full speed in all areas of clay shooting, including physical preparation. The first meeting of the year ended in recent days, led by Prof. Fabio Partigiani with nine blues from the national team of Skeet of DT Andrea Benelli. The appointment was set for Sunday evening, January 12, at the Olympic Preparation Center in Tirrenia (PI). Costa, Simona Scocchetti and Katiuscia Spada who carried out training sessions regarding the development of coordination and conditional skills. Exercises with ropes alternated with speed work with tennis balls; the resistance found its right habitat in the beautiful pine forest of the Olympic training center and the athletics track saw the shooters engaged in speed and lateral movement exercises, while the multipurpose gym was the scene of circuits for the development of strength.
In short, two intense days with double training session (morning and afternoon) and in the evening, before the well-deserved rest, team meeting for observations and clarifications on the exercises carried out. “The structure of the cone center in Tirrenia fully satisfied the team's needs in terms of logistics and sports facilities” explains Partigiani.
