Sandwich:
900 gr soft wheat flour
200 gr whole milk
100 gr corn flour
100 gr yolks
100 gr granulated sugar
80 gr vegetable margarine
80 gr extra virgin olive oil
30 g yeast
20 gr malt
20 gr saltMayonnaise sauce with extra virgin olive oil:
1 egg
200 gr extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
to taste lime juice
mustard to tasteBurger:
200 gr minced wild boar pulp
20 gr chopped Tropea onion

Preparation
